-100gr de farine T55
-100ml d'eau
-1 pincée de levure

Rajouter au pOOlish:
-150ml de lait
-150gr de farine T55
-100gr de farine T110
-50gr de farine 10 céréales
-1cc de levure
-15gr de beurre
-1 cc de sucre roux

Pétrir avec la Map (programme pâte),
où alors pour les courageuses avec vos petites mains et dans ce cas,
faire lever la pâte dans un endroit chaud et à l'abri des courants d'air !!!!

Lorsque la pâte est prête, la façonner en petites boules,
laisser à nouveau lever.
Les badigeonner d'eau salée
puis disposer les différentes graines dessus.
Sésame, pavot mais aussi cumin, carvi, tournesol....
Appuyer pour bien les coller.
Inciser (j'ai trouvé un cutter).

Enfourner à four préchauffé à 220°
puis laisser cuire à 200° pendant 20mn.
